Christmas lights in Eagle Hills of Brea, CA

Believe it or not there is a lot more to do in the city of Brea during the month of December besides battling for a parking space at the Brea Mall! There are some amazing Christmas lights on display in an awesome neighborhood of Brea called Eagle Hills. It is located one block north of Imperial Highway at Kraemer and Birch. There are a many homes throughout the community if Eagle Hills in Brea that are decked out in thousands if not millions of Christmas lights and lawn displays. On the weekends you will even get to experience a live Nativity Scene at the top of a street called Starflower. Also, there is a house on Primrose Avenue that the owner not only decorates the outside, but they also allow you to walk through their downstairs and see their years of collecting awesome Christmas decorations. This nice family has been doing this for more than 30 years. He has an optional donation box at the front door that he donates the donations to Children's Hospital.  I highly recommend touring this amazing winter wonderland on more than one occasion to fully take it all in. So pack up the kids in warm clothes, fill up those thermos containers with hot chocolate and enjoy your own Clark Griswold Christmas Vacation experience in the city of Brea. Bring a wagon and walk the community some evening in December. There are plenty of places to park just east of the community at the Olinda Elementary School or Brea Sports Park.  It is worth the experience and will become a tradition for years to come!
